I have been training with Jordan for almost 5 years, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer. She is clearly experienced and dedicated to helping her clients meet their goals. Over the past several years, she has helped me train for half marathons, safely stay active while injured and most recently build some serious strength. I love that she pays so much attention to form,as well as variety in workouts. I have no excuse for skipping workouts, even when occasionally limited to exercising outdoors, at home, in a hotel gym, etc.
I feel like Jordan really listens to me, and has adapted to my goals and challenges over time. We talk about a lot of things other than workouts too, e.g. nutrition, sleep, stress management... She is super responsive whenever I have questions and keeps me accountable, for example by checking in to see how I'm doing and when I'm going to the gym. She is a fabulous coach and I feel fortunate to be able to work with her!
