Okay. I've worn a lot of shoes. I personally have wide feet, and the front toe-box on the Inov-8 brand is wide, so if your feet are like mine, they won't squish your toes. I don't use this sponge for squats. That's what traps are for, right? I use this squat sponge specifically for hip thrusters. It is painful to perform hip thrusts and can lead to broken blood vessels around the hips without one. #nothanks. StarkTape Hip Resistant Booty Band
These are the best barbell grips I've ever used. The material doesn't slide on the bar, and they don't pinch the wrists. I am a believer in developing proper grip strength before using these, but once you do, they're great for pull-ups and deadlifts so you can make sure to get the most out of your training session.
